As a Medical Biller at our company, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Generate and manage patient bills, resolving billing discrepancies and inquiries. - Analyze billing data to identify areas for process improvement and optimize revenue collection. - Prepare and submit claims to insurance companies, ensuring accurate and timely processing. - Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, such as HIPAA, and billing procedures. - Collaborate with patients, insurance companies, and internal departments to resolve billing issues. To qualify for this position, you will need: - Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, finance, or a related field. - Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in medical billing or healthcare finance. - Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with proficiency in medical billing software and coding systems.
