Manage digital marketing activities including social media, email campaigns, and website updates. Analyze market trends and prepare competitor analysis reports. Maintain a database of referrals, leads, and feedback for performance tracking. Support the business development team in tie-ups with TPAs, insurance companies, and corporate clients. Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and patient education leaflets. Track ROI of marketing activities and submit monthly reports to management.
