Role Overview:
We are hiring a Trainer/Faculty in Hospital Management & Administration to train and mentor students in healthcare administration, hospital operations, and related management areas.
Responsibilities:
Conduct classes, workshops, and practical sessions.
Prepare and update course materials.
Guide students in projects, case studies, and placements.
Evaluate student performance and provide mentoring.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or MBA in Healthcare.
Teaching/training experience preferred.
Strong communication skills (English & Malayalam).
