As a Machine Maintenance Project Technician at our Nashik location, you will be responsible for hands-on experience in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting breakdowns in CNC grinding machines including VMC, HMC, Honing machines, and SPM machines. You will also have the opportunity to work with electrical equipment such as Servo Drives, encoders, PLC modules, power supplies, and sensors used in CNC/SPM machines. Your role will involve troubleshooting problems related to control and power circuits of machines and reading electrical drawings. You should possess the skill to work under high production pressure environments, read electrical machine drawings, and have knowledge of systems like MTTBF, MTTR, Uptime, and Why-Why analysis. Additionally, familiarity with Fanuc and PLC systems, as well as basic maintenance concepts such as 5S and Kaizen, will be beneficial. A good understanding of Safety protocols and safe work practices is essential for this role. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule is day shift with weekend availability required.
