The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and age-appropriate lessons as per the CBSE curriculum , fostering a positive learning environment, and nurturing the holistic development of young learners. Key Responsibilities: Deliver and manage classroom instruction across core subjects aligned with CBSE standards for primary grades. Create a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning and curiosity. Maintain records of students academic progress, behavior, and overall development. Engage with parents through regular meetings and progress updates. Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments. Use innovative teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles. Collaborate with fellow teachers and participate in school activities, events, and professional development sessions. Qualifications & Requirements: Educational Qualification: Any Graduation with a B.Ed (mandatory) Experience: Minimum 1 year of teaching experience, preferably in a CBSE school. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passionate about teaching and child development. Ability to manage a classroom independently and effectively. Preferred Attributes: Familiarity with digital learning tools and classroom technology. Strong classroom management and lesson planning abilities. Positive attitude, patience, and adaptability.
