As a member of the Support organization at Oracle, your primary focus is to provide post-sales support and solutions to Oracle customers while acting as an advocate for their needs. You will be responsible for addressing post-sales non-technical customer inquiries through phone and electronic communication channels. Additionally, you will handle technical questions related to the use of and troubleshooting for Oracle's Electronic Support Services. Serving as a key point of contact for customers, your role involves fostering customer relationships with Support, offering guidance and support to internal Oracle employees on various customer scenarios and escalated issues. In the position of a Senior Systems Engineer, you will engage regularly with the customer's IT staff, either on-site or remotely. Your responsibilities will include resolving moderately complex technical issues concerning the installation, maintenance, usage, and troubleshooting of Oracle products. The role requires a high level of expertise in specific Oracle products and supported platforms. You are expected to work independently with general guidance from management, providing updates on progress and status. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant experience is preferred, along with a minimum of five years of related experience. As an experienced Technical Consultant specializing in PeopleSoft HRMS with 6-10 years of experience in implementation projects, you will be expected to demonstrate proficiency in key areas such as AWE, BI Publisher reports, Component Interface, Application Engine, and Application Designer. Your expertise should extend to writing logic using PeopleCode, crafting complex SQL queries, understanding Roles and Permissions, Business Unit and SET ID concepts, and implementing Row Level Security. You should be adept at developing Design Documents and Technical Design Documents, as well as creating Custom Bolt-On modules within PeopleSoft HRMS. Excellent communication skills are vital for interacting with customers to understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions. You should have hands-on experience with at least two upgrade projects, possess expertise in Retrofitting, and have worked on Fluid development including Tiles and Homepage. Familiarity with the latest release of PeopleSoft tools and application versions is expected in this role. Product data management will be a key aspect of your role, including organizing, classifying, and tagging brands" products, as well as managing file formatting, data cleaning, and uploads to various online platforms. You will also need to inspect existing online product detail pages to ensure visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of understanding. To succeed in this role, you should have 0 to 1 years of experience in Online Merchandising Operations. Experience working on the homepage and shopfronts of the app is essential. Demonstrable experience in MS Excel and E-Commerce data uploads, along with exceptional organizational, teamwork, and quality assurance skills, are highly valued. Phenomenal product research skills, project management abilities, deadline management, and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
