Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Home Tutor to provide personalized educational support to students in various subjects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and the ability to connect with students to help them achieve their academic goals. This role is suitable for candidates with 0-4 years of experience.

Responsibilities

Conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions with students in various subjects.
Assess students learning needs and create individualized lesson plans.
Help students improve their understanding of subject matter and achieve academic goals.
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians.
Prepare teaching materials and resources to enhance learning.
Encourage and motivate students to develop a love for learning.

Skills and Qualifications

Strong knowledge of subjects such as Mathematics, Science, English, and Social Studies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain concepts clearly and effectively to students of different ages.
Patience and adaptability to cater to diverse learning styles.
Prior teaching or tutoring experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject preferred.
Proficiency in using educational tools and technology for effective teaching.
