Job Description

Looking for a skilled Home Nurse to join our team in Patiala, Maharashtra, India. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience and be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in their homes.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing various medical procedures.
Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients with chronic illnesses or disabilities, ensuring optimal outcomes.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and therapists, to provide holistic care.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress.
Educate patients and their families on healthy habits, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions.
Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in home nursing.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in home nursing or a related field.
Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and protocols.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for effective collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and promoting positive health outcomes.
A relevant educational background is preferred.
