Job Description

• Assign accurate ICD-10-CM codes for home health diagnoses • Compliance with CMS &OASIS guidelines • Review medical records to validate coding accuracy • Work closely with clinicians to clarify documentation • Identify resolve coding-related denials Required Candidate profile • Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM and OASIS guidelines , POC , GG , Coding Certification (HCS-D, CPC, or CCS) preferred. Immediate joiners preferred Note : HCC coding experience isn’t considered
