Plan, direct and monitor analysis of incoming, inprocess and finished product to ensure good product quality and appropriate corrective action for deviating from standard.

• Direct and coordinate to prepare sample plan.
• Provide resources for analysis.
• Review and highlight abnormalities for product quality to superiors/concerned
• Take corrective measures.

Plan and direct for new developments based on customer requirement or cost effectiveness and provide Information to plant for commercial trial.

• Identify the needs based on customer’s requirement.
• Development of new products at their end.
• To plan trials and identify the improvements observed.
• Co-ordinate with plant for implementation.

Improve productivity for cost reduction and time saving.

• Improvement in analytical and testing methods.
• Plan for Instrumentation
• Removal of non value adding activities.
