We are currently in search of a meticulous Operations Executive to join our committed team in Andheri, Mumbai. This role is pivotal in overseeing daily operational activities to guarantee smooth processes and deliver outstanding service to our clientele. As a passionate and detail-oriented Travel Consultant (Holiday Expert of Thailand) in our team, you will be tasked with managing and coordinating travel arrangements for travel agents and corporate clients. Your primary objective will revolve around providing exceptional service to enhance client satisfaction and cultivate a loyal, expanding customer base. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who thrives within the travel industry, possesses strong planning and organizational skills, and derives satisfaction from assisting clients in creating unforgettable travel experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Identify new business opportunities by generating leads. - Provide guidance and support to team members in achieving their objectives. - Focus on selling travel services to businesses and corporate clients. - Establish and nurture strong relationships with travel agents and corporate clients. - Clearly explain travel products and services to both agents and customers. - Work towards meeting revenue and profit targets. - Maintain connections with key contacts in the travel industry. - Expand the network by reaching out to travel agents and corporate clients. - Ensure client records are well-organized and up to date. - Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for various tasks and reports. - Understand the needs of clients and suggest suitable travel packages. - Plan and coordinate travel arrangements from start to finish, including bookings, tours, transfers, and meals. - Conduct research on destinations, travel options, prices, and customer reviews. - Share pertinent travel information and materials, such as maps and guides, with clients. Qualifications: - A graduate from any field; a background in the travel industry is advantageous. - Freshers are encouraged to apply; prior experience in travel operations, B2B sales, or customer service is a bonus. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. - Strong research skills to gather and analyze travel-related information. - Enthusiastic about travel and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail. - Self-motivated and capable of working independently or collaboratively within a team.
