Holiday Consultant - Sales

As a Holiday Consultant at our company, you will work collaboratively with our team to offer comprehensive travel services to our clients. Your main role will involve planning customized holiday packages, developing appealing promotional materials, and actively engaging in sales activities. By listening to our clients" needs and showcasing available packages, you will assist them in choosing the perfect holiday experience. It will be essential for you to stay updated on the latest packages, confidently discuss pricing with clients, and promote our services effectively. Your responsibilities will include: - Creating personalized holiday packages tailored to clients" specifications and budget. - Demonstrating strong knowledge of international destinations, with a focus on Europe and CIS countries. - Providing prompt and accurate customer service through various channels such as inquiries, phone calls, and emails. - Consulting with customers to ensure their satisfaction with travel plans and package choices. - Discussing travel options and associated costs to help clients make informed decisions. - Building relationships with hotels and transportation companies to negotiate favorable pricing. - Managing online reservation systems efficiently. - Keeping abreast of tourism-related news and industry developments. To excel in this role, you will need: - A Bachelor's degree in tourism or a related field, with at least two years of experience in a sales role within the travel industry preferred. - Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
