Role Overview: As an HMI Engineer with 4 to 9 years of experience in embedded systems development, you will play a crucial role in the design and implementation of HMI solutions for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and fire and security equipment. Your expertise in device drivers, FreeRTOS or Linux, and bootloaders will be essential in ensuring the smooth functioning of these systems. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain device drivers for various components - Implement and optimize FreeRTOS or Linux for embedded systems - Design and integrate bootloaders for system initialization - Utilize UDS and CAN protocol for communication between devices - Write code in C and C++ to meet system requirements - Follow agile methodology for project execution - Conduct unit testing and Google testing to ensure code quality - Manage source code using C Make for efficient development - Implement DevOps practices for continuous integration and continuous delivery Qualification Required: - 4 to 9 years of experience in embedded systems development - Proficiency in device drivers, RTOS/Linux, and bootloaders - Strong knowledge of UDS (Unified Diagnostic Services) and CAN protocol - Expertise in C and C++ programming About the Company: The company is a leading global provider of HVAC, refrigeration, fire, security, and other related equipment.
