Job Summary:

The Housekeeping Supervisor ensures that all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas are clean, well-maintained, and meet resort standards. This role involves supervising housekeeping staff, monitoring daily operations, and ensuring high levels of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise housekeeping staff and assign daily tasks for rooms and public areas.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and service areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards.
• Coordinate with the front office for room status updates and priorities.
• Train, guide, and motivate housekeeping attendants to maintain resort quality standards.
• Manage housekeeping supplies and linen inventory; raise requisitions as needed.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols.
• Report maintenance issues to the engineering department promptly.
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
• Prepare daily work reports and maintain housekeeping records.
• Ensure lost and found items are properly logged and stored.

Qualifications :

1. Educational Background (any of the following):

• 10th or 12th pass (minimum)

• Diploma or Certificate in Housekeeping / Hotel Management (preferred but not mandatory if experienced)

2. Work Experience:

• 3–5 years in housekeeping operations

• 1–2 years as a Senior Housekeeping Staff or Team Leader

• Prior supervisory experience is strongly preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
