Responsibilities Build and maintain a central repository of marketing data from an operations management perspective. Maintain an effective tracker to enable real-time status of the unit's performance and every function within marketing. Track all initiatives/action items of the group and follow up with stakeholders till it is addressed/closed. Follow up with marketing stakeholders to get the information updated as per the mandate. Follow up with other organizational stakeholders for the effective management of the marketing function. Validate all marketing vendor payments and ensure all discrepancies are addressed. Ensure payments are released to marketing vendors on time by coordinating with all stakeholders and ensuring process adherence by the unit. Create and publish dashboards/lead trackers/reports/expense trackers/budgets vs actuals etc. for the overall unit on a monthly and on-demand basis. Quantitative and Stakeholder analysis of the expense tracker on a period basis (monthly/quarterly/on demand). Quantitative and Stakeholder analysis of the Budgeted vs Actuals on a period basis (monthly/quarterly/on demand). Inform stakeholders in advance about approaching threshold levels/exceeding limits. Analyze the leads generated by the overall unit especially Warm and Cold from all sources. Identify trends in the leads generated from various sources. Use the trends to redefine marketing channel strategy by constantly measuring effectiveness. An individual who has a passion to learn and adapt to new quickly and scale to the next level easily. Essential Qualification MBA with marketing specialization or equivalent 2-4 years of relevant experience
