Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Operation Theatre (OT) Technician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in surgical procedures, ensuring the operation theatre is well-equipped and sterile, and providing support to surgeons and medical staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain the operation theatre, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available.
• Assist surgeons and anesthetists during surgical procedures.
• Maintain and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment before and after procedures.
• Ensure proper disposal of surgical waste as per hospital protocols.
• Monitor and manage OT inventory, ensuring timely replenishment of essential items.
• Operate and troubleshoot OT equipment and instruments.
• Adhere to infection control policies and ensure a sterile environment in the OT.
• Assist in patient preparation, positioning, and post-operative care.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to surgeries.
• Coordinate with nursing and medical staff to ensure smooth workflow in the OT.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
