About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Zoho Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and support of enterprise solutions built on the Zoho One product suite. You will play a key role in transforming business requirements into scalable Zoho applications and integrations. Experience working with nonprofit clients is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation and customization of Zoho One applications: CRM, Creator, Books, Desk, People, Projects, Campaigns, and Analytics.
• Build automated workflows, custom Deluge functions, integrations with third-party tools (via REST APIs), and real-time reporting dashboards.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective Zoho solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring junior Zoho developers and contributing to best practices.
• Develop reusable components, scripts, and libraries to speed up Zoho deployments.
• Support change management, user training, and documentation for new rollouts.
• (Optional but preferred) Design and deliver Zoho solutions for nonprofit use cases such as donor engagement, fundraising, volunteer management, and grant tracking.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience implementing and customizing Zoho One applications
• Strong command of Deluge scripting, Zoho Creator, and third-party API integrations
• Ability to analyze business processes and map them to Zoho capabilities
• Experience with data migration, user roles/permissions setup, and automation rules
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
