About the Role: We are seeking a Senior Zoho Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and support of enterprise solutions built on the Zoho One product suite. You will play a key role in transforming business requirements into scalable Zoho applications and integrations. Experience working with nonprofit clients is a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end implementation and customization of Zoho One applications: CRM, Creator, Books, Desk, People, Projects, Campaigns, and Analytics. Build automated workflows, custom Deluge functions, integrations with third-party tools (via REST APIs), and real-time reporting dashboards. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective Zoho solutions. Provide technical leadership, mentoring junior Zoho developers and contributing to best practices. Develop reusable components, scripts, and libraries to speed up Zoho deployments. Support change management, user training, and documentation for new rollouts. (Optional but preferred) Design and deliver Zoho solutions for nonprofit use cases such as donor engagement, fundraising, volunteer management, and grant tracking.
