Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for Non-IT roles, primarily focused on
sales, customer service, and business development
.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define recruitment strategies.
Source candidates using multiple channels job portals, social media, referrals, etc.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule final rounds with hiring teams.
Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures of open positions.
Share regular hiring reports and updates with internal stakeholders.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Follow up with selected candidates till onboarding.

Key Requirements:

Minimum
2 years of experience
in
Non-IT recruitment
, with a strong focus on
sales hiring
.
Experience in hiring for volume/bulk roles will be an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Familiarity with recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
