Job Description

Perform routine and specialized molecular diagnostic tests (e.g., RT-PCR, qPCR, DNA/RNA extraction, etc.)
Ensure proper sample preparation, storage, and disposal following biosafety guidelines
Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot molecular diagnostic instruments and equipment
Record, analyze, and interpret test results accurately and timely
Collaborate with pathologists and lab technologists to ensure high-quality outcomes
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain documentation for NABL and quality audits
Ensure compliance with infection control and lab safety protocols
1–3 years of hands-on experience in a molecular diagnostics laboratory
amiliarity with NABL/ISO 15189 quality standards
Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and result documentation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
