The role demands a balance of strategic vision and hands-on hiring execution, with exposure to leadership hiring, analytics, vendor management, and digital sourcing. What You'll Own: Drive end-to-end recruitment strategy across business verticals Partner with leadership on workforce planning & hiring priorities Lead & mentor a small recruitment team Source senior leadership talent and build talent pipelines Use analytics, ATS, and psychometrics to elevate hiring quality Deliver efficient, compliant, and candidate-friendly TA operations Candidate Profile: Education: BE/BTech + Full-time 2-year MBA (HR) Mandatory Experience: 10+ years in Talent Acquisition (primarily corporate-side) Notice period: Immediate to 30 days preferred
