Hiring: Investor Relations Associate | CFA Level II/III Cleared

As an Investor Relations (IR) Associate at Valorem Advisors, your job is to help listed companies communicate effectively with investors. You act as a bridge between the company and the investor community.

You don’t sit behind spreadsheets — instead, you're in the room where it happens, shaping how companies present themselves to the market.

What You’ll Actually Do:

• Understand the company (its business model, financials, strategy, risks, etc.)
• Build communication materials like investor presentations and pitch decks
• Attend meetings with analysts, brokers, and investors
• Give inputs on how to improve investor perception and engagement

What Impact Your Role Has:

• You influence how investors perceive a company.
• You help management communicate clearly and transparently — especially during earnings, announcements, or crises.
• You play a key role in building investor trust — a major intangible asset for any listed company.
• Over time, you develop market intelligence and feedback that companies use to refine strategy and communication.

You’re not doing data entry, research reports, or models.
You’re doing something strategic: shaping a company’s story and helping it reach the right audience — the investor community.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
