We are hiring HCC QA Coders for our Hyderabad location. The role involves reviewing, analyzing, and assigning accurate medical codes for HCC based on medical records, ensuring compliance with ICD-10-CM and CMS guidelines.
Review and analyze patient medical records for accurate HCC coding.
Assign appropriate ICD-10-CM codes for diagnoses as per documentation.
Ensure compliance with CMS guidelines and client-specific requirements.
Maintain coding accuracy, productivity, and turnaround time.
Collaborate with QA and Team Leads for audits, feedback, and improvements.
Experience: 2 Years to 3 years in HCC coding.
Certification: CPC / CRC / CCS / CCA preferred
Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM guidelines & HCC risk adjustment coding.
Attention to detail with good communication and analytical skills.
