Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and tech-savvy Technical Support Executive to join our Examination Coordination team. This role involves ensuring seamless execution of online examinations by resolving real-time technical issues and providing prompt support via tickets, emails, and chat.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor resolve technical issues during online examinations using Freshdesk or similar ticketing tools
Respond to tickets, emails, and chat queries promptly to minimize exam disruptions
Escalate unresolved/critical cases to Tier 2 Support as required
Coordinate with Exam Ops Technical Teams for issue tracking and improvements
Validate generate exam codes/links as per protocol
Maintain accurate documentation of cases, actions, and resolutions
Ensure compliance with SLAs and deliver high-quality support

Qualifications

35 years experience in Technical Support / Helpdesk / Customer Support
Strong verbal written communication
Hands-on experience with Freshdesk or any ticketing system
Ability to multitask and manage multiple exam sessions
Basic understanding of system troubleshooting
Strong analytical and coordination skills
