Hiring Front Office Executive

Edify School, Kadapa, is seeking a dynamic and professional Front Office Executive to be the first point of contact for our students, parents, and visitors. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently in a fast-paced school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, parents, and students with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage incoming phone calls and emails—answering queries or directing them to the appropriate departments.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
• Work collaboratively with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain records, office files, and front-desk documentation.
• Oversee inventory of office supplies and coordinate replenishment as needed.
• Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in a front office, receptionist, or administrative support role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office management software.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and customer service orientation.
