Hiring For UX/UI designer with MERN/MEAN

Job Description

Key Responsibilities Lead the UX/UI design process by gathering and analyzing user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers. Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, storyboards, and sitemaps to create intuitive user experiences. Design clean, engaging, and user-friendly interface elements including menus, tabs, widgets, navigation buttons, and search fields. Develop UI mockups and interactive prototypes to demonstrate the look and feel of the application across web and mobile platforms. Produce high-quality visual designsranging from concept sketches to final assets. Present design concepts and iterate based on stakeholder feedback. Detect and resolve UX/UI issues , focusing on responsiveness, accessibility, and usability. Maintain brand consistency by following design guidelines related to fonts, colors, and imagery. Work closely with developers to bridge the gap between design and technology. Required Qualifications & Skills 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role. Strong portfolio showcasing UX design thinking and UI implementation across web and/or mobile platforms. Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma , InVision , Wireframe.cc ). Solid understanding of design systems , user-centered design principles , and responsive design. Working knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript . Experience in Web and Mobile Application Development using the MERN/MEAN stack is highly desirable. Ability to develop, test, and debug applications while maintaining code quality and adhering to best practices. Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams. Eagerness to stay updated on the latest design and technology trends; quick learner of new tools and frameworks. Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
