• Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients using provided leads and databases.

• Identify, qualify, and engage potential customers based on company-defined criteria.

• Clearly explain the company’s products/services and address basic client queries.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system.

• Follow up with leads consistently to nurture interest and convert them into qualified opportunities.

• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.

• Schedule product demos or discovery calls for senior sales representatives when needed

. • Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor insights to handle conversations more effectively.
