Job Title: Technical Architect Full Stack (Java + Angular)

Location: Delhi/NCR, 2 days Hybrid, 3pm to 7pm WFO, later hours WFH

Timings: 3pm to 12am IST

Job Type: FT

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Architect with strong experience in Java (Spring Boot) and Angular to lead development efforts for enterprise-scale applications. this role requires excellent communication skills and leadership in driving delivery and mentoring a development team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and contribute to full-stack development using Java / Spring Boot on the backend and Angular on the frontend.
Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Design scalable system architectures and guide implementation patterns aligned with best practices.
Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure delivery of high-quality, maintainable code.
Mentor and support developers across India and North America.
Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and propose robust, secure solutions.
Coordinate with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and production operations.
