LOCATION : MUMBAI AND PUNE ONLY.

LOOKING FOR EXCELLENT ENGLISH VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle international calls from UK and US clients.
• Provide excellent customer service to resolve customer queries and concerns.
• Work on an international voice process, processing calls efficiently.
• Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with customers.
• Meet performance targets set by the company.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in a similar role (international calling/processing).
• Strong knowledge of international processes, including UK and US procedures.
• Excellent English language proficiency for clear communication with customers.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including rotational shifts if required

Other details:

• 6 days working 1 rotational week off

• Rotational shifts (includes night shifts too)

• 9 hours working

Salary up to- 3 LPA (Depends on the basis of experience)

Age criteria- 18 to 40 years
