1. Social Media Marketing Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage engaging content (posts, reels, stories, blogs) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and LinkedIn.
• Handle daily posting, scheduling, and maintaining brand consistency.
• Run paid ad campaigns (Facebook/Instagram/Google Ads) to generate leads.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build an online travel community.
• Collaborate with designers, photographers, or influencers to create attractive travel content.
• Analyze performance using insights/analytics tools and optimize strategies.
• Stay updated with travel trends, hashtags, and viral content ideas.
• Convert social media leads into actual travel bookings.
• Follow up with potential customers via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
• Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company.

2. Skills & Qualities Required:

• Strong knowledge of social media trends, ads, and tools.
• Excellent communication & persuasive sales skills.
• Basic knowledge of travel destinations, itineraries, and packages.
• Creative mindset for content ideas.
• Ability to multitask (both marketing & sales).
• Result-oriented with a passion for travel.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following (preferred):
• Marketing / Digital Marketing
• Mass Communication / Media Studies
• Business Administration / Management
• Hospitality & Tourism Management
• Diploma or certification in Travel & Tourism (IATA, TMI, or equivalent) is an added advantage.

Professional Skills / Certifications (Highly Valued):

• Digital Marketing Certifications (Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot, etc.)
• Social Media Marketing courses (Meta, LinkedIn, or Coursera certifications)
• Sales Training / CRM tools knowledge (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)
• Basic graphic design/video editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, etc.)
