Job Description

Role & responsibilities Hiring for Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer for Hyderabad location Utpo 25 LPA Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns using Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, and Social Studio. Implement and manage Marketing Cloud Connect to integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM. Utilize SQL, AMPscript, and REST/SOAP APIs to create personalized and automated marketing campaigns. Define segmentation strategies and data models to enhance campaign effectiveness. Develop reports, dashboards, and key performance metrics to measure campaign success. Provide training and guidance to marketing and technical teams on best practices. Ensure data security, compliance, and adherence to industry regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.). Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Create new business units configuration, data migration, and working with the Salesforce Connector and Engagement Studios. Provide day to day Marketing Cloud support and assist marketing teams in the adoption of Marketing Cloud. Lead end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations, configurations, and customizations.
