Designation- QA Executive

Looking for QA Executives/Sr. Executives from Injectables and formulations background only.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Quality Management System (QMS)

plant.

Change controls, Deviations,

Corrective and Preventive actions, OOS, OOT, Market complaints and Product recalls.

3. Responsible for investigations of different deviations, OOS, OOT, market complaints, product

recalls and Risk assessments.

4. Responsible for preparation of internal audit schedules and coordination and organization of

audit meetings and participation as Auditee / Auditor.

5. Responsible for facing all external audits in their domain.

6. Responsible for vendor qualification related activities and participate in vendor qualification.

7. Responsible for preparation of QA documents, APQRs and its annexures, Control, Review,

Issuance, retrieval and destruction of all plant documents in coordination with all the

departments.

8. Assisting and coordinating in internal & external audit related activities.

9. Responsible for implementation and maintenance of WHO-GMP within the facility.

10. Responsible for review of artworks and support to Regulatory affairs.

11. Responsible for Oracle / ERP related activities.

12. Any other activities assigned by the Reporting manager.

13. In his absence, other competent person assigned by competent authority will perform his

responsibilities under supervision of seniors.

Experience: 4 to 6 years

Location-Factory, Karkapatla (Genome Valley-Hyderabad).

CTC- As per company standards

Notice period- looking for short notice period.

Preferred candidate profile

MSc- Biotechnology/Micro biology, M pharmacy.

Preferring Females.

Preferring profiles from Injectables and formulations background only.
