Job Description:

· To make outbound and answer inbound calls on enquiries generated from various sources.

· Good listening skills.

· Responsible to assess the lead pipeline and prioritize call tasks accordingly.

· Core responsibility in converting an enquiry until site visit.

· Post visit should follow up for an feedback call with the client.

· To ensure that key productive metrics like attempted calls, connected calls, follow-ups are achieved.

· Responsible in nurturing a lead.

· Cold calling.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in English is essential, additional preferred languages(Kannada,Hindi)

· Good knowledge in MS Excel

· Real estate industry experience
