Create functional architecture and creation functional requirements documents or helps in create the product backlog, user story grooming. Analysis of all requirements and documentation in the Banks system. Functional expertise on D365 CE platform (Customer Service, Sales Modules). Demonstrate the features developed during the sprint review meeting. UAT scripts validation and provide inputs in the creation of scripts Review of training documents and provide inputs Support the implementation team by providing responses to all queries. Skills: Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, MSD 365, Power Automate) Exp – 10-13+ yrs exp Role: MS Dynamics CRM /CE Developer and Sr. Developer Relevant Exp: 4-12 Years (Do not exceed 12 years of experience) Responsibilities: • Provide Subject matter expertise in relation to Microsoft Dynamics CRM from technology perspective. • Participate actively in the creation and review of the Conceptual Design, Detailed Design and estimations. • Responsible for Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution technical design, configuration and customization of identified functionalities in MSD. • To provide expertise on Microsoft Dynamics CRM tools used for relevant development areas like integration, migration, and actively contribute on configurations, customizations of the solution. • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform with successful delivery experience of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions • Ability to customize application using Java scripts, Plug-Ins etc. Skills: Dynamics 365 CE (Sales & Service), PowerApps (Model Driven, Canvas, & Custom Pages), Power Automate, PowerBI SharePoint, Azure DevOps, JavaScript, Plugins, HTML5, CSS, JASON, C# MS Dynamics CRM/CE Architect Pre-Sales Responsibilities: Work on RFP(s) and RFI(s) for the Dynamics Practice Analysis of all requirements and documentation of the responses Run Sessions to clarify the Asks from the Customers Functional & Technical Expertise on D365 CE platform (Sales, Marketing & Customer Service, Sales Modules). Knowing other modules is a plus. Estimations of the requirements involved in the RFP(s). Creation of End-to-End High-level solution Creation of the proposals including Timelines & Solution Drive coordination with stakeholders involved in an RFP Presentations of the proposals to the Customers Working on POC(s) if required in an RFP Grooming of the Resources Joining the Dynamics Community Managing & Facilitating Dynamics Trainings for Dynamics Practice Help in visualization and building vertical solutions using D365 and Power Platform. Skills: Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service) Configuration & customization of D365 with or without coding Power Automate Power Apps Components of Power Platform is a plus Domain: Financial Service Domain Knowledge Seniority / Experience: 10+ Years of relevant experience.
