The Logistics Head at Plant is responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end logistics operations, including inbound and outbound logistics operations.
The role requires strategic planning, cost optimization, compliance management, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
The ideal candidate will have exposure to large scale operations with extensive expertise in road, rail, container export-import logistics, bulk cargo handling, and international shipping, ensuring seamless movement of goods across domestic and global markets.
Should be able to lead and motivate teams in demanding environment with sound decision making and problem solving, implement best practices, manage and delegate effectively ensuring accountability.
