Job Description

  • Minimum

    6 months of experience in any process is considered.

  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to handle customer queries through chat
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally through live chat.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns.
  • Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Follow company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 6 months of experience is mandatory

  • Excellent written English communication skills.
  • Minimum typing speed of

    30 WPM

    with good accuracy.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Ability to navigate multiple applications.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.

Shift Requirements

  • Must be flexible to work

    night shifts and graveyard shifts

  • Willingness to work on

    weekends and rotational shifts

Transportation

  • Two-way cab facility

    will be provided for employees residing within the hiring radius, as per the company's transportation policy.
