Position Title: Branch Manager, Branch Development Manager, Business Development Manager Product Preferrence: Motor Insurance or Health Insurance (Direct/Agency/Broking) Location: Dhule, Satara, Nagpur, Nashik, Pimpri, Jalgaon Key responsibilities: Manage branch operations, ensuring efficient sales performance and customer satisfaction. Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue growth through agency channel development. Oversee general insurance sales, health insurance sales, and broker activities to meet business targets. Handle alternate channels such as direct sales and field sales teams for maximum productivity. Foster strong relationships with clients to retain existing customers and acquire new ones.
