HR & Admin Executive – Job Description :

  • Make sure all hiring targets are completed on time.
  • Explain the job role clearly to new employees so they work productively.
  • Prepare and issue offer letters and appointment letters after checking candidate details.
  • Track employee attendance and maintain proper records.
  • Help in monthly salary processing.
  • Arrange training for new joiners and collect feedback from their team leaders.
  • Organize performance review meetings as per schedule.
  • Monitor all departments to ensure proper manpower usage.
  • Safely maintain all employee documents, letters, and reports.
  • Handle files and maintain all official records neatly.
  • Take care of basic system-related tasks.
  • Support billing-related activities.
  • Maintain stock and office materials.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with employees and visitors.
  • Keep the office clean and organized.
  • Maintain a positive and professional work environment.
  • Issue memos to employees when needed.
  • Provide performance-based appraisals when employees improve.
  • Handle office events with enthusiasm.
  • Support team stability and smooth functioning.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
