SUMMARY

Graphics Designer

Our client, a leading provider of Manpower Recruitment Services, is seeking a talented Graphics Designer to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing marketing activities and campaigns to enhance brand exposure and engage with consumers. If you have a strong understanding of marketing principles and possess exceptional design skills, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

Coordinating and executing marketing activities and campaigns to increase consumer interactions and maximize brand exposure
Initiating and leading projects to enhance the marketing system
Working on various projects and media to develop innovative graphic designs that align with business goals
Obtaining input from management to ensure designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations
Collaborating with the marketing team on multiple projects, meeting deadlines and budget constraints
Identifying flaws in existing processes and creating solutions to improve design capabilities
Collaborating with multiple teams or clients to develop a wide range of materials, including web pages, presentations, signage, and marketing materials
Translating strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity
Developing concepts and executing original content using various design software
Managing the design and uploading process of all project material, adhering to best practices for using a content management system
Utilizing trend intelligence and market understanding to design and execute specific classifications

Requirements

Requirements:

Strong understanding of marketing principles, concepts, and tools
Proficient coordination of marketing resulting in positive branding or sales
Events organizing skills
Designing skills
Working knowledge of print output and production interface
Proficiency in CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript
Experience in design software products (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.) and other graphics design applications
Undergraduate or equivalent qualification in marketing, promotions, event organizing, or graphic designing
