Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The role involves creating visually compelling designs that align with our brand identity and support marketing, communications, and digital initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong conceptual skills, an eye for detail, and proficiency in design software.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design creative assets for digital, print, and social media platforms.

• Develop layouts, graphics, illustrations, and branding materials.

• Collaborate with marketing, communications, and product teams to deliver consistent design outputs.

• Maintain and enhance the organizations visual identity and branding guidelines.

• Prepare final graphics and layouts for print and digital production.

• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.

• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

• Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD) and other design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma).

• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.

• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

• Strong communication and time management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or animation tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro).

• Knowledge of UI/UX design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch).

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for web design.
