  • Handle German language-based processes (written and/or verbal communication)
  • Translate, review, and respond to German emails/documents as required
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure process accuracy and turnaround time
  • Maintain quality standards and follow process guidelines
  • Meet productivity and performance targets

Eligibility Criteria:

  • German language proficiency:

    B2 certification (mandatory)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English
  • Willingness to join immediately
  • Candidates must be currently residing in Hyderabad

  • Only Hyderabad-based candidates are eligible to apply

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in a German language process or BPO/shared services
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a team
