Greetings From The Job Factory Kindly Note: We are looking @ Minimum 2 Year of an experience into Fraud Investigation.(Banking Fraud Experience mandatory) Roles and Responsibilities Job Responsibilities: Investigation on Trigger alert for each customer account. Understanding Customer details, source of income activity pattern. Review on customer transaction pattern in the triggered account. Review the associate accounts where the funds being received and being transferred. Eliminate the normal transaction like grocery, shopping, restaurant and other transaction. Investigation on the remaining activity to find any suspicious or involved in fraud. Performing external open search to understand any negative news on the main suspect. Performing KYC check to validate original document being submitted. Of f- boarding the client is he has been involved in terms and condition breach. Reporting to regulatory National Crime Agency if any Financial Crime being observed. Understanding customer transaction patter in the account. Fast movement of money like Top-up followed by external transfer or ATM withdrawal. Structuring of money just to avoid the threshold of the system.
