Hiring For Finance Controller!!!

Job Location: Ahmedabad

Roles and responsibilities:

• Managing accounting, forecasting, and budgeting processes in line with the companies' standards while ensuring Ind AS requirements are also met.
• Responsible for preparing high quality monthly P&L and cashflow actuals and forecast.
• Monitoring working capital management.
• Responsible for local regulatory requirements including those related to SEZ, STPI, direct and indirect taxes.
• Responsible for leading annual business planning process
• Participating in commercial aspects of the business-like costing, deal pricing according to laid group guidelines
• Responsible for improvement in processes for more efficient working. Mentoring the finance and accounting team.
• Build strong relationships with other stakeholders.

Experience:

• CA/MBA
• Strong leadership, change management and management skills.
• Driven, collaborative, and resilient.
• Hands on as required and willing to put in the hours to continue to drive value accretion.
• Detailed understanding of ERP, process, and reporting
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• A good team player with ability to work across different regions and units.
• Experience with a MNC required.
• Exceptional English skills, both written & spoken required.
• Bachelors degree in accounting or finance related area

Timings: Monday to Friday - 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
