Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic technical expert to partner with customers and embed our platform into their workflows. In this role, you will rapidly prototype tailored agent workflows, build integrations and demos that deliver immediate value, and act as the frontline voice for customer needs. Youll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our solutions not only work seamlessly but also address real-world challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with customers to integrate our platform into their existing processes.
• Rapidly prototype and deliver agent workflows tailored to enterprise use cases.
• Build integrations, connectors, and demos that showcase immediate value.
• Act as the frontline by capturing customer pain points and providing actionable feedback to the product roadmap.
• Work across APIs, data connectors, and product surfaces to develop end-to-end solutions.

Skills

• Ability to deliver prototypes that feel production-ready.
• Strong engineering skills combined with empathy for customer needs.
• Experience in integrations-heavy, developer-facing, or enterprise SaaS environments.
• Proven ability to translate vague customer intent into reliable, working workflows.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of demoing solutions to CXOs and debugging customer issues in real time.

Qualifications:

• Proven background working in enterprise SaaS, devtools, or API-first platforms in roles such as solutions engineer, customer engineer, or FDSE.
• Demonstrated expertise in writing code, delivering compelling demos, and resolving technical challenges in real-time.
