Job Description

Greeting from iSource ITES!!!

We are Hiring for E&M Coder!!!

JD:

Review medical records and provider documentation to assign accurate E&M CPT codes and appropriate ICD-10-CM diagnosis codes.
Ensure coding is compliant with official coding guidelines, CMS policies, and payer-specific rules.
Utilize computer-assisted coding (CAC) systems and electronic health record (EHR) platforms.
Query providers when documentation is insufficient, unclear, or conflicting.
Keep current with E&M coding changes, CMS guidelines, payer updates, and auditing standards.
Meet productivity and accuracy standards as defined by the coding department.
Assist in internal or external audits and respond to coding-related inquiries.

Collaborate with physicians, billing teams, and auditors to ensure optimal coding accuracy and revenue integrity

Preferred Candidates

Should have Min 1 year of experience for E&M Coder

Certified/ non certified are eligible
