Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage denial management processes to minimize claim rejections and optimize revenue cycle management (RCM).
  • Conduct thorough reviews of patient accounts, identifying potential issues and implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including billing, coding, and customer service to resolve complex claims disputes.
  • Analyze data trends and develop strategies to improve denial rates and reduce write-offs.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for RCM best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-2 years of experience in US healthcare or related field, preferably in AR calling, EHR systems, or RCM roles.
  • Strong understanding of medical billing principles, ICD-10 codes, CPT codes, HCPCS level II codes, anatomy & physiology.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with customers/patients over phone calls.
