Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students and parents to help them understand course offerings and benefits
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to convert leads into admissions
• Maintain follow-ups with potential students via calls, emails, and messages
• Understand students’ career goals and recommend suitable courses
• Meet monthly admission and conversion targets
• Maintain and update the student database and CRM system
• Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams for smooth operations
