Job Description


In this Role you will be Responsible For:


• Assists in preparing SOP for new process.• Utilizes best practice processes around work assignments, project management, and quality of output while maximizing overall team performance.• Ensures accurate and timely processing of transactions to meet or exceed client service level agreements.• Identifies and resolves issues around nonstandard pending transactions.• Performs quality audits on accounts.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Typically requires 3-5 years relevant experience.
  • Strong client interaction skills.
  • Strong ability to analyze reasons behind incomplete transactions.
  • Good understanding of process interdependencies.
  • Possesses advanced domain knowledge in Healthcare and Insurance.
  • Should be comfortable to work in US Shift.

**Required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday (US Shift). The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekends basis business requirement.
