Job Title: Staffing BDE/BDM Location: Bangalore(Hybrid) Experience: 2+ Years Company: IonIdea Job Description: Business Development Executive (BDE) / Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our internal team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in generating leads within the staffing industry (Contract/C2H) and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced business environment. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities in the staffing industry (Contract/C2H) . Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs. Drive sales growth through lead generation, client acquisition, and account management . Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are met efficiently. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify business opportunities. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in business development, specifically in staffing services (Contract/C2H). Proven ability to generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline. Experience working with staffing companies is highly preferred. Candidates from IT services companies with experience in contingency staffing are also welcome. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
