Manage the orientation of new employees. Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for our team. Keep HR databases up-to-date with the latest employee information. Oversee the daily operations of the HR department. Skills and requirements: Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role. Solid knowledge of HR functions, practices, and employment laws. Excellent communication skills and familiarity with MS Office suite. Energetic with a can-do attitude and great presentation skills. Active listening skills and the ability to work well as part of a team. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
